Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MelodiousOne Studios! To ensure a positive experience for all students and instructors, please review the following booking policies: 📅 Scheduling & Payment All lessons must be scheduled in advance using our online booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through Wix Payments (powered by Stripe). Recurring lesson plans (e.g., monthly subscriptions) are auto-renewed each month unless canceled or paused in advance. 🔁 Rescheduling & Make-Up Lessons You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice using your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund, except in cases of emergency. We allow 1 make-up lesson per month for students on monthly plans, subject to availability. ⏰ Late Arrivals & Missed Lessons Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Students arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled time. If the instructor is delayed, the full lesson time will be honored or rescheduled at your convenience. If a student fails to attend a lesson without notice (no-show), the session is forfeited. 💳 Refunds & Cancellations All lesson fees are non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel a subscription plan, please notify us at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. In the unlikely event a lesson is canceled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled or credited to your account. 🎶 Lesson Environment Students must come prepared with their instrument, music, and any assigned materials. A quiet, distraction-free space is required for virtual or in-home lessons.
